Public Knowledge Translation

Communicating science to the public is not just an obligation as a scientist, it’s a personal passion. You can get podcasts I’ve appeared on, and articles I’ve written for the public, here. I also volunteered extensively with BrainReach, to develop their neuroscience and psychiatric curriculum content for grade school students. I have presented this content, and content training young scientists seeking to communicate with the public, many times in North and South America.

I have also been a Content Director and Senior Editor for UsefulScience, in order to communicate science to the general public. Similarly, I’ve written publicly about how and why to communicate science to the public.

I’ve also communicated my neuropsychiatric research in Canada, the USA, Brazil, and Japan.
